I was going to say “teaching an old dog new tricks” but 1) I’m not old (I can’t even say middle aged because I hope I at LEAST make it to my eighties and I’m not even 40 yet) and 2) This isn’t exactly a new trick.

Note to self: remember to wear gloves. (Just call me Violet Beauregarde, I guess.)

This moment right here- where I get to see someone experiencing my work in real time- is one of my most favorite things. The studio gets quiet and if you listen closely you almost always hear the deep inhale that comes at the start of really LOOKING

Even though it has been (and looks to continue) raining here for what seems like for.ever, I still can't stop thinking about how pretty a laid back garden wedding would be. This board focuses on combining all that is green from a garden, such as various herbs and shrubs, with beautiful rustic touches such as a tree stump cake pedestal and outdoor chandeliers. Hope you enjoy!

Outdoor Celebrations

When the weather starts to warm up there is nothing I crave more than to go outside! What's even better is an outdoor party with homemade goodies, relaxed conversation and sparkling drinks. I love how beautiful a space can become with hundreds of candles, lanterns, and twinkling lights, not to mention the amazing colors that are created with those types of lighting! On that note, I thought I would put together a board focused just on that type of celebration. Enjoy!
